Like a spicy punch in the truffle. While I love most of the products here, this is not something I plan to buy again. I find truffle is definately better as a light accent. But this was overpowering as soon as you open the bottle. However, if you lover truffle flavor, this would be good to get just for the strength of it, and spread it thin.
They definitely don't skimp on the truffle in this Delicious pungent sauce. One of their best.
